Job summary

QXO is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment, loading and unloading materials in an outdoor setting. You will verify orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure a safe, clean work environment with proper PPE usage.

The role requires forklift experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work early morning shifts. Spanish language skills are a plus for the team, and compensation includes standard benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory counts).
• Inspect, organize, and track inventory.
• Practice daily safety and use appropriate PPE.
