Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Logistics Operative to support end-to-end goods flow, including inbound receipt, putaway, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control. You will ensure movements are reflected in the ERP system and meet safety and quality standards.

Key duties include receiving goods in real time, maintaining stock accuracy, performing picking and line feeding, packing, processing shipments, and managing NCRs with QA.

Qualifications

• Proven forklift driving experience.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Experience working in an ERP environment (SAP preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods in real time using the ERP system.
• Store materials correctly in designated locations.
• Perform picking and kitting activities for production lines.
• Pack and ship goods to required quality standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update ERP records.
• Manage NCR logistics and report issues to QA.
