Job summary

A&O IT Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support daily administration, picking, packing, and stock movements. You will ensure accurate stock records and timely dispatch while following safety and health regulations.

This role requires forklift certification, 6:00am start, and the ability to work independently or in a team. A background in IT tasks and strong Excel/Word skills are beneficial in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Able to start at 6:00am each day.
• Warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience and certified.
• Computer literate with IT skills.
• Able to lift/move boxes up to 20 kg.
• Work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
• Able to complete paperwork and use Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• The safe receipt, storage, retrieval, tracking and timely dispatch of goods.
• Accurate completion of documentation for all stock movements.
• Ensure location details are accurate and updated for stock accuracy.
• Close collaboration with service desk, engineering, facilities, transport and management.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, hygiene, and fire safety requirements.
• Manage picking, packing and distribution activities.
