Midlothian Council is recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner at Vogrie Outdoor ELC. The role is 36 hours per week, four days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) from 7:30am to 5pm, on a fixed-term contract until January 2028.

The starting salary is £32,554.06 per year, with progression on the council salary scale. Applicants must have a practitioner level qualification (SCQF Level 7 or equivalent) and PVG Scheme membership for regulated work with children.

Qualifikationen

• Requires practitioner level qualification (see KNOWLEDGE section)
• First aid certificate required or obtainable within 6 months of starting
• PVG Scheme membership will be required for regulated work with children
• Overseas criminal record checks may be required if lived/traveled outside the UK
• Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Act 2007
