Job summary

Storal’s Farley Salisbury Nursery School in Farley, Wiltshire is seeking an Early Years Assistant to provide cover for children as needed, including holidays, sickness, or vacancy gaps. You may work full days, mornings or afternoons, and engage in creative activities suited to EYFS in a countryside setting.

You should have Level 2+ in early years or relevant experience, with EYFS knowledge desirable. A nurturing, open, and positive approach helps support children’s curiosity and learning while

Qualifications

• Level 2+ qualification within early years or relevant experience
• Experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under 5 is advantageous
• Knowledge of the EYFS is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide cover for children as and when needed (holidays, sickness, vacancies)
• Support full days or half days as required
• Engage children with creative activities, stories, movement and learning games
• Work within EYFS standards while bringing creativity and enthusiasm
