Job summary

Storal’s Farley Salisbury Nursery in Farley, Wiltshire, is hiring a part-time Early Years practitioner (Level 2/3) to cover lunch breaks from Monday to Friday. You will plan activities, observe progress and care for children within the EYFS framework, joining a warm, outdoors-friendly team.

You should hold an EYFS qualification, have experience across age groups, and contribute to play-based learning that supports development and safety in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across Early Years settings with various age groups.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous.
• Proven childcare experience in a nursery environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe progress for each child.
• Provide personal care and support following the Storal curriculum.
• Engage with routines like mealtimes and transitions to create learning moments.
• Bond with children and families to support development and wellbeing.
• Deliver high levels of care with empathy and safety.
