Job summary

Storal in Farley, Wiltshire, is seeking a passionate Early Years educator for full-time, Monday to Friday, to nurture children in a calm, outdoor-focused environment.

You will plan activities, observe progress and support personal care while applying the Storal curriculum and pedagogical principles each day. The role emphasizes bonding with children and families and delivering empathetic, learning-focused care.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3; unqualified educators considered as well
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
• Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
• Deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
