Job summary

Robinwood Activity Centres is seeking an energetic Outdoor Activity Instructor (Group Leader) to guide Key Stage 2 groups at Barhaugh Hall, near Alston, Cumbria, for a 3-day residential programme. You will lead a range of fun, adventure and themed activities while focusing on confidence-building and teamwork.

The role offers a permanent, year-round contract with a competitive salary, free meals on shift, a house purchase assistance scheme, a profit-related bonus and 12 weeks off per year,

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (paid or voluntary).
• Confident leading groups.
• Natural storyteller or motivator.
• Energetic, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Key Stage 2 children through a 3-day residential programme.
• Build confidence, teamwork and resilience during activities.
• Bring sessions to life with storytelling and energy.
• Ensure safety and supervise participants at all times.
