Job summary

Robinwood Activity Centres in Todmorden invites applications for an Outdoor Activity Instructor (Group Leader). You will lead a KS2 group through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities during a 3-day residential course, with a focus on confidence, teamwork and engagement.

The role offers a permanent, year-round contract, with training provided. Expect a supportive environment, wellbeing-focused scheduling, and opportunities to gain nationally recognised qualifications.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Experienced working with children (paid or voluntary).
• Confident leading groups.
• A natural storyteller or motivator.
• No prior Outdoor Activity Instructor experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities.
• Build confidence in children aged 7-11.
