Job summary

Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is looking for an Outdoor Activity Centre Instructor to deliver action-packed experiences for guests. You will coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety in a dynamic, physically demanding environment.

Part-time role with shifts between 8am and 6:30pm, guaranteed 60 hours over 4 weeks, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Benefits include free day passes, discounts, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Emergency First Aid at Work training can be provided.
• Strong communication and ability to perform under pressure.
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role.

Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.

• Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
• Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
• Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
• Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours

• Part‑time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 6:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
