Job summary

Center Parcs at Woburn Forest is looking for a part‑time High Ropes Instructor to lead aerial adventure activities and supervise guests in a safe, engaging way. You’ll guide sessions, ensure equipment is inspected and maintained, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

The role involves shifts between 8:30am and 7:30pm, with a guaranteed minimum of 60 or 90 hours over a 4‑week period, and includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. £13.83 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills.
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height.
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team.

High Ropes Instructor

Lead the way up, empower guests to conquer, climb and soar

Join our team and deliver fun, safe and memorable activity experiences for guests. In this hands‑on role, you'll coach and supervise a range of adventure sessions while ensuring all equipment and safety standards are maintained to the highest level.

• Set up, inspect and maintain equipment in line with company safety guidelines

Your working hours

• Part‑time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8:30am and 7:30pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 or 90 hours over a 4‑week period.
• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
