Job summary

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking an Outdoor Activity Centre Instructor to deliver fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You’ll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and maintaining equipment in a physically active environment.

This is an annualised contract with early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Aged 18+, first aid training supported, strong communication and teamwork are essential. Perks include free day passes, spa access and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+.
• Emergency First Aid at Work training can be provided.
• Strong communication and ability to perform under pressure.
• Physically capable to meet the role's demands.

Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.

What you'll be doing

• Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
• Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
• Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
• Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours

• We are offering an annualised contract for this role, whereby you'll be required to work a minimum amount of hours per year across our peak holiday periods, including Easter and the Summer holidays
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
