Job summary

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking an Outdoor Activity Centre Instructor to deliver fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You’ll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and maintaining equipment in a physically active environment.

This is an annualised contract with early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Aged 18+, first aid training supported, strong communication and teamwork are essential. Perks include free day passes, spa access and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+.
• Emergency First Aid at Work training can be provided.
• Strong communication and ability to perform under pressure.
• Physically capable to meet the role's demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organise outdoor activities for guests.
• Maintain equipment and complete safety checks per standards.
• Keep areas clean and professionally presented.
• Coach and supervise participants to ensure safety and enjoyment.
