Job summary

NTT DATA UK is seeking a PMO Lead Delivery Manager to steer a PMO‑as‑a‑Service portfolio, delivering governance, delivery assurance and executive reporting across a complex programme landscape. You will supervise a team of five PMO Delivery resources, providing day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and quality assurance to ensure a high‑value service.

The role emphasizes outcomes‑based delivery, translating client objectives into deliverables, KPI targets and clear ownership.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading PMO or Delivery Management teams in complex environments.
Strong governance, controls and delivery assurance background.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts and resource plans.
Excellent risk, issue, dependency and change management skills.
Experience producing high‑quality management information and dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management with senior level engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day PMO‑as‑a‑Service delivery, ensuring KPIs and outcomes are met.
Own and drive an outcomes‑based PMO service with clear deliverables and ownership.
Translate client objectives into structured service plans with measurable outcomes.
Establish accountability with owners, target dates and success measures.
Drive measurable client value through portfolio visibility, governance, and financial control.
Develop and maintain a PMO service scorecard and executive reporting.
Conduct regular reviews with senior stakeholders to show progress and priorities.
Mentor and develop a five‑person PMO delivery team.
