Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking an Outcome Tester to join the Controls Office in a hybrid, UK-based role. You will test customer interactions, identify risks to customer outcomes, and provide insightful reporting to drive improvements across journeys and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, proactive problem-solving and collaboration with senior stakeholders to deliver the right outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing information to identify trends, risks and improvement areas.
• Strong report-writing skills; ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations.
• Proactive, fast-paced with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FCA Consumer Outcomes, FCA Handbook, Data Protection) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outcome testing across customer interactions using established testing framework.
• Assess customer journeys and identify potential customer, regulatory or commercial risks.
• Produce clear, insightful reporting highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate concerns through appropriate channels in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to share findings and support positive change.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of investigation and better ways of working.
