Job summary

Lovey, a fast-growing UK finance company, is hiring a Telesales Executive in Birmingham City Centre. The role is office-based, permanent, full-time, with a salary of £21,200–£25,000 p.a. plus commission.

You will contact UK business owners, generate opportunities and introduce funding solutions to help grow Lovey's customer base. We offer comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and a clear path to Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to make outbound calls to generate opportunities.
• Ability to identify potential customers and articulate Lovey's funding solutions.
• Strong talking to business owners and building relationships from scratch.
• Comfort with working toward clear sales targets and KPIs.
• Previous sales or telesales experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to UK business owners to generate opportunities.
• Identify potential customers and introduce Lovey's services while building relationships.
• Ask relevant questions to understand funding needs and business circumstances.
• Overcome objections and turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Follow up to progress interest, qualify leads and maximise conversion.
• Maintain a pipeline through consistent outbound activity and record interactions.
