Job summary

SGS in Oldbury is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive new business growth through proactive outbound activity by telephone, email and social media.

You will identify, engage and qualify prospective clients, build a strong pipeline, and position SGS as the preferred partner for certification, audits and advisory services.

This permanent, office-based role offers a 9am–5:30pm schedule and a starting salary of £30,000 per annum plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance-based sales environments.
• Experience in B2B sales and meeting targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• To generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity to contribute to revenue growth targets through telephone, email & social media techniques.
• To identify, engage and qualify prospective clients aligned to SGS Business Assurance strategy.
• To build early-stage relationships and position SGS as the preferred partner for relevant services.
• To create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to support the wider commercial team.
