JCB is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead outbound logistics strategy and manage third-party logistics providers. You will oversee end-to-end material flow from receipt to fit, aligning with production requirements and driving KPI performance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep logistics knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative approach to continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
