Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments with ability to handle objections and convert leads.
• Proven track record of hitting targets through proactive outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage warm, historic and dormant leads to generate qualified appointments for advisers.
• Identify opportunities around pension reviews, retirement planning and pension consolidation.
• Engage employers and HR decision-makers around workplace pension clinics and financial wellbeing campaigns.
• Contribute ideas and feedback as the new outbound sales function develops.
