Job summary

Office Angels in Salford is seeking an energetic Outbound Customer Success Advisor to join our head office. You will thrive in a high-volume call environment, guiding customers through rewards claims, onboarding, and product installation follow-ups.

This full-time, in-office role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a pay rate of £13.33 per hour (£26k annualised). The successful candidate will log interactions in the CRM and help convert inquiries into completed installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call environment.
• Ability to guide customers through onboarding and rewards claims.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers who onboarded but have not claimed rewards and guide them through the process.
• Assist customers who faced onboarding challenges and ensure smooth completion.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Log issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt resolutions.
• Communicate with customers to move quotes toward booked and paid installations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes and interactions in the CRM.
