Suffolkfed is recruiting for a Driver/Receptionist to join our Out of Hours service on a permanent contract. You will drive clinicians to patient visits, manage reception duties, and help with admin tasks while supporting patients and staff in urgent care.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, strong IT and communication skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Flexibility for shift patterns is essential.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence with minimum three years' experience.
• Good admin and IT skills or ability to learn our patient system and SharePoint.
• Able to work to a range of protocols and complete mandatory training.

Responsabilités

• Drive clinicians to/from patient home visits and inform of delays.
• Ensure car is ready, load supplies, check for damage and cleanliness.
• Reception duties at bases: arrive patients, print letters, record interactions, stock control.
• Support patients/carers and staff; act as chaperone when needed.
• Adhere to health, safety and governance requirements.
