Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking a Receptionist/Driver for the Broomfield Chelmsford area to join our out-of-hours team. The role blends front-desk responsibilities with patient-focused driving to home visits, covering weekends and night shifts.

You will welcome patients, book appointments, and maintain confidentiality while supporting clinicians. Vehicles and equipment must be used safely, with proper checks on every shift.

Qualifications

• Confidential receptionist duties and patient-facing care.
• Ability to navigate IT systems and maintain accurate records.
• Empathy and excellent communication with patients and colleagues.
• DBS disclosure and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Receptionist duties: greet patients, book appointments, ensure confidentiality and accurate records.
• Driver duties: transport clinicians to home visits and accompany them when needed, with vehicle checks.
