Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Community Out of Hours Nursing Team Leader to join the Trafford area. The role combines clinical leadership with operational management to ensure a safe, high‑quality night service across Trafford.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, lead the night team, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues. The post is part‑time, permanent, with 33 hours across nights plus day time managerial time, and a pro‑rata salary

Qualifications

• Registered nursing qualification with current NMC registration.
• Experience leading community nursing teams preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients, develop care plans, and implement care.
• Provide guidance to the multidisciplinary team and ensure documentation.
• Oversee 24-hour nursing care across Trafford and operational management of the night shift.
