Qualifications

• 7+ years’ progressive experience in OTC operations with growth in scope and responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of exotic OTC products from execution through settlement.
• Lead and develop the Middle Office team, translating strategy into performance goals.
• Partner with Compliance, Technology, Treasury, Finance, Legal and Risk to ensure controls and resilience.
