Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is expanding its London office and seeks an OTC Derivatives Middle Office Lead to drive the end-to-end lifecycle, from execution to settlement. You will lead a team, partner with Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Legal and Tech, and ensure robust controls and operational resilience across the business.

The role requires deep OTC experience, strategic mindset, and ability to manage risk, performance, and stakeholder relationships globally.

Qualifications

7+ years' progressive experience in OTC operations in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership with ability to translate strategy into team goals and delivery.
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, collateral, margin management and ISDA/UMR.
Excellent stakeholder management across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the complete lifecycle of exotic OTC products from execution through settlement.
Provide first-line operational support to trading desk and maintain robust controls.
Lead operational readiness for new products, markets, and initiatives.
Drive P&L analysis, cost drivers, and capital usage reporting.
Identify and mitigate operational, settlement, and counterparty risks.
Identify automation opportunities with Technology to scale operations.
