Queen Square Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced OT Security SME to support a major cyber security programme in critical infrastructure. Focus areas include Encryption, HSM, PKI and certificate lifecycle management across OT/ICS environments.

You will bridge OT operations with engineering and cyber security stakeholders, ensuring secure deployment within live operations, with site visits and hybrid onsite/remote work.

Qualifications

• Weaknesses to mitigate in OT/ICS environments; must have strong OT security background.
• Experience with SCADA networks, control systems and industrial networks.
• Knowledge of PKI, cryptography, certificate management and key management solutions.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NCSC CAF and NERC CIP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide SME guidance across OT/ICS environments including SCADA, DCS, RTUs, IEDs and HMIs.
• Support deployment and integration of HSMs within operational technology environments.
• Advise on PKI architecture and certificate issuance/renewal in OT contexts.
• Contribute to testing, validation and high-availability design for security solutions.
• Guide OT change management, maintenance windows and risk considerations.
• Participate in OT network segmentation and OT/IT boundary controls discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, cyber security and project teams.
• Assist with certificate lifecycle management and automation across large OT estates.
• Support site-based activities including control centres and field environments.
