Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an OT SME for a contract-based role in London. You will apply OT subject matter expertise, including IEC 62443 concepts, to advise on cyber-physical solution deployments and risk reporting.

The role focuses on reviewing remediation evidence, producing validated recommendations, and guiding stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams within an agile, sprint-based delivery environment. 2 days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• OT subject matter knowledge including IEC 62443 concepts.
• Experience with Cyber-Physical Solution deployments, configuration, risk management and reporting.
• Experience developing or applying structured methodologies (e.g., assessment, scoring, or attribution approaches).
• Understanding of Purdue-aligned network segmentation and reference architecture concepts.
• Ability to review remediation evidence and produce clear written validation outcomes and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong documentation discipline: clear writing, traceable decisions, and consistent artefacts.
• Comfortable working in sprint-based/agile delivery and managing multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with a passion for change and transformation confident

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Demonstrable OT subject matter knowledge, including IEC 62443 concepts and practical application.

• Experience contributing to an OT risk management framework and/or maturity uplift planning.
