Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Operational Technology Engineer to maintain and enhance OT systems across our nuclear fuel manufacturing site. You will work at the intersection of engineering and cyber security to design, implement and support PLC, DCS, HMI and SCADA solutions, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or related field.
• Experience maintaining or supporting industrial control systems in a manufacturing or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA systems, industrial protocols, OT networks.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, OG86, NCSC CAF, and ISO 27001 frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational control systems (PLCs, DCS, HMIs, and SCADA) across production facilities.
• Resolve faults and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams for lifecycle management.
• Contribute to design, integration, and change control of OT systems.
• Support cyber security and system hardening initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ONR and NIS regulations.
