Job summary

National Grid Interconnectors in the UK seeks a Systems and Cyber Asset Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the security, resilience and compliance of OT systems at the IFA1 site in Sellindge, Kent.

You will own and manage all systems and cyber assets, drive continuous improvement, coordinate outages and maintenance, and ensure safe work practices, regulatory readiness and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Technology within energy/utility sectors.
• Knowledge of NIS regulations and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of system, cyber asset management and OT engineering professionals.
• Own and manage all systems and cyber assets at the IFA1 site, ensuring secure and reliable operation.
• Interpret policies and implement them across interconnector and control room environments.
• Drive continuous improvement and cyber security awareness across the team.
• Ensure safe systems of work and adherence to standards.
• Manage system performance across hardware, networks and supporting infrastructure.
