Job summary

3Bridges Community Limited is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to shape high-quality OSHC programs and support educators, children, families and communities. Roles are full-time and permanent across Green Square, Randwick, Bexley, Penshurst and Narwee locations.

The role involves coaching, MTOP implementation, quality improvement, programming support and regional service coverage. Great development, supportive culture, and travel between nearby services are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in School Age Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or Children's Services.
• Experience in an Educational Leader, Coordinator or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MTOP, NQF and NQS.
• Experience coaching and mentoring educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership, coaching and mentoring to Educators and Program Coordinators.
• Support the implementation of MTOP (My Time, Our Place).
• Drive quality improvement and reflective practice.
• Support educational programming and documentation.
• Assist with Assessment and Rating preparation & support quality outcomes.
• Promote inclusive, child-centred learning environments.
• Build educator capability and support continuous improvement.
