Catholic Early EdCare in Woodridge is seeking an OSHC Educator for our After School Care program. Join a developing service where your ideas, energy, and contribution help shape positive experiences for children and families.

Availability Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 6:00pm is required. You will deliver engaging, play-based experiences, build relationships, and support the day-to-day operations with a positive team culture.

As our Woodridge OSHC service continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and caring Educators to join our team. No two days are the same as you deliver engaging programs and build meaningful connections. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing service where your ideas, energy, and contribution can help shape positive experiences for children and families from the ground up.

Availability Requirement:

We are specifically seeking educators who are available Monday to Friday, from 2:30pm to 6:00pm, to support our After School Care program. Applicants must be available to work during these hours.

Key Responsibilities

As an OSHC Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help deliver quality programs that encourage creativity, connection, and fun.

What We're Looking For

• Availability Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-6:00pm.
• Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting is not essential but highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, reliable, and proactive approach.
• The ability to create engaging experiences that are fun, inclusive, and child-focused.
• Completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training through Gecko Learning.
