Job summary

Holy Family Parish OSHC in Indooroopilly seeks an Educator to help plan and deliver engaging programs for children, fostering wellbeing and a sense of belonging. You will support learning, safety, and inclusive activities in a nurturing setting, collaborating with a team and families to uphold high-quality care and National Quality Framework standards.

The role emphasizes a positive, reliable, team-oriented approach with opportunities for professional development and certification progression.

Qualifications

• Certificate III (or working towards) in Childrens Services or ACECQA equivalent is desired but not essential.
• Mandatory National Child Training completion (Geckko 1-4) or willingness to complete before start.
• Experience with school-aged children, OSHC experience highly regarded.
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check) current or in progress.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing practices.
• Positive, reliable, and team-focused approach.

Holy Family Parish OSHC, located in the heart of Indooroopilly, is a welcoming and community-focused service licensed for 90 children. We provide Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care in a safe, supportive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Educators to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality programs that support children’s wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of fun, engaging, and inclusive programs

• Experience working with school-aged children (OSHC experience highly regarded)
