Job summary

Gowrie NSW is seeking two permanent educators to join our OSHC service at Kent Road. You will help create a safe, play-based environment where children can thrive, supported by a friendly, values-driven team.

We value dedication to children, offer professional development through the Gowrie NSW education hub, and provide an employee referral program, flu vaccinations, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Love working with children and contributing to their development.
• Preferred qualification: Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or working towards it.
• Valid compliance certificates (WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid) are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision during OSHC sessions.
• Assist with cleaning and food preparation and maintain a clean environment.
• Support children to engage in play-based learning and safety practices.
• Complete paperwork and ensure safety requirements are met.
