Job summary

TeamKids in Canon Hill, Australia, is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) to lead before and after school care programs and help deliver high-quality services to children and families. This permanent, part-time role offers hands-on leadership, events, and daily oversight in a busy OSHC setting.

You’ll work across split shifts Monday to Friday, engage with schools and communities, and help create enriching experiences based on children’s interests.

Qualifications

• Experience in before/after school care or education ideal; training provided.
• Strong communication with children, families and school staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the 2IC role in delivering high-quality OSHC services.
• Engage with schools and families, attend events and assemblies.
• Develop enriching experiences based on children’s interests.
• Ensure program compliance with industry regulations.
