Job summary

Smith+Nephew in the Orthopaedics division is seeking a Surgical Solutions Manager to lead clinical support and training for our surgical technologies in South East England. You will partner with surgeons and theatre teams, manage high-value accounts, and drive adoption across your region.

Travel is extensive, with >75% within your patch. A clinical background in medical devices and a relevant qualification are required, along with strong relationship-building skills and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry or equivalent clinical background, ideally with operating theatre exposure.
• Strong clinical aptitude and the ability to educate healthcare professionals on innovative technologies.
• Proven ability to manage and grow high-value accounts through excellent relationship building and customer focus.
• A relevant professional qualification or undergraduate degree.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support and training for surgical products.
• Manage high-value accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead product trials to demonstrate benefits of technologies.
• Support stock and equipment management and stakeholder mapping.
