Reporting to the Orthopaedic Regional Sales Manager – UK&I, the role requires at least 3 years of B2B MedTech sales, CRM proficiency, driving territory growth, and strong relationship building with

Qualifications

• Registered clinical or sports science qualification required.
• Degree level education.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales experience in orthopaedics/MedTech.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and grow sales of CONMED Orthopaedic products within the territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical support in settings.
• Manage product trials and represent CONMED at industry events.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and progress.
