Job summary

Calibre8 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager with orthopaedic sales experience to drive new business across the South Central region. The role is field-based, requires travelling to hospitals, and involves selling implants and related products, plus educating theatre staff in NHS and private sectors.

You will become a product expert, build long-term accounts, and work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must come from orthopaedic sales background.
• Strong MSK knowledge and anatomy/physiology essential.
• Full UK driving licence required; right to work in the UK; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell orthopaedic implants and related products across the South Central region.
• Provide evaluations, sales implementations and cover complex cases.
• Educate and train theatre staff in NHS and private sector across all products.
• Develop and nurture key accounts and client relationships for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues and manager to grow the territory.
• Travel from home to hospitals; assist with exhibitions or events as needed.
