Position Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to develop the orthodontics market segment in Western Europe. This role involves supporting ClearCorrect providers by building clinical confidence and case submissions, assisting with treatment planning software, and ensuring high-quality clinical support.

Initially, your focus will be on supporting the Treatment Planning Team, validating treatment plans, and addressing clinical queries. After 12 months, your role expands to direct support to clinicians, training, feedback collection, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support clinical activities for providers, including case evaluation and treatment planning.
2. Educate and support providers on clinical benefits and digital treatment planning.
3. Train colleagues and support clinical education offerings.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase case utilization.
5. Travel up to 20% for key customer engagement.
6. Participate in product updates and market changes.
7. Support User Acceptance Tests and provide feedback.
8. Contribute to team goals and business results.

Candidate Profile

• Dental degree, preferably with orthodontics experience.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to learn digital treatment planning software.
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and customer focus.
• Entrepreneurial, result-driven, organized, and able to multitask.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
