If you're a patient-focused Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than Leicester - Clearly Orthodontics.

• 24 hours a week

About you

You will be our customers' first point of contact following a telephone, email, or social media enquiry. You must have an outgoing and bubbly personality. Your responsibilities include booking consultations, creating marketing campaigns, and designing advertising materials using graphic design software. You should be familiar with CRM systems and social media, and be organized and methodical in your approach.

You will need a dental nursing qualification and some dental nursing experience.

Main Responsibilities

1. Follow up all email and telephone enquiries/leads within the appropriate time frame and successfully book consultations.
2. Effectively use the CRM system to monitor and action customer contact.
3. Process documentation following customer sign-up and update all internal systems used to monitor patient flow.
4. Ensure new patient consultations are booked into the patient management software.
5. Confidently answer telephone calls from new and existing private patients.
6. Create advertising campaigns, practice brochures/leaflets, and social media advertising.
7. Provide the highest level of customer service to potential and existing patients.
