Job summary

Spire Bushey Hospital in Bushey, Hertfordshire, is seeking an Orthopaedic Scrub Perioperative Practitioner to join the team on a Full time basis. The role involves providing exemplary planned perioperative care within the operating theatre and supporting a wide range of specialties.

The successful candidate will be registered with HCPC or NMC, have at least 2 years of ortho scrub experience, and be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner.
• At least 2 years ortho scrub experience.
• Ability to work in teams with minimal supervision.
• HCPC or NMC registration

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary planned perioperative care in the theatre.
• Assess patient health across a complex caseload.
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet patient wellbeing.
• Provide and receive complex information.
• Develop own knowledge and that of others.
