A leading consulting firm is looking for an Organizational Change Manager with expertise in SAP to support a Greenfield S/4HANA program. This role involves developing strategies for change management, conducting assessments, and delivering training while potentially requiring up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma sectors, alongside strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Proven experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks.

Job Description:

We are currently searching for an English-speaking freelance Organizational Change Manager - SAP as part of a Greenfield S/4HANA program.

Please note that up to 50% travel within the EU will be required.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months +
• Location: Remote + 50% EU travel

Tasks Include:

• Develop and execute change management strategy for SAP implementation
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Design and deliver communication plans to support end-user engagement
• Create training strategies and support development of learning materials
• Partner with business leads to drive adoption and behavioural change
• Monitor change progress and adjust interventions based on feedback
• Ensure alignment between change, communication, and project milestones

Required Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management
• Proven experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation
• Strong understanding of change frameworks
• Experience designing and delivering training and communications
• Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
