A leading company in Glasgow is searching for a freelance Organizational Change Manager to drive a Greenfield S/4HANA SAP program. This remote role requires significant expertise in change management, as you will develop strategies to enhance user adoption and conduct essential training sessions. Candidates must have substantial experience with SAP implementations and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Proven experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferred.

Job Description:

We are currently searching for an English-speaking freelance Organizational Change Manager - SAP as part of a Greenfield S/4HANA program.

Please note that up to 50% travel within the EU will be required.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months +
• Location: Remote + 50% EU travel

Tasks Include:

• Develop and execute change management strategy for SAP implementation
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Design and deliver communication plans to support end-user engagement
• Create training strategies and support development of learning materials
• Partner with business leads to drive adoption and behavioural change
• Monitor change progress and adjust interventions based on feedback
• Ensure alignment between change, communication, and project milestones

Required Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in Organizational Change Management
• Proven experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP implementation
• Strong understanding of change frameworks
• Experience designing and delivering training and communications
• Industry background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
