EY UK is seeking an Organisational Design Manager to lead transformative projects across Financial Services within the Workforce Transformation team. You will deliver innovative OD solutions, guide project teams, and help shape our portfolio of Future Workforce, Future Organisation Design and Future Performance.

You will work with leadership to refine models, support proposals, and drive growth across client engagements while mentoring junior colleagues and strengthening capability across the

Competenze

• Professional service experience with a global management consultancy or similar.
• Experience in Operating Model Development and Organisational Design.
• Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, and Governance.
• Experience in Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth, Asset Management or FinTechs.
• Capability to travel within the UK when required.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day delivery of transformation projects with organisation design and PM capability.
• Lead organisation design development and model recommendations for clients.
• Support go-to-market activities with proposals and engagement management.
• Identify opportunities and drive revenue across client engagements.
• Embed workforce transformation strategies and develop growth opportunities.
