Job Description
McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Organizational Design role based in the United Kingdom. You will lead organizational design and operating model projects across Internationally Operated Markets (IOM) and International Developmental Licensee Markets (IDL), developing capabilities to support business strategy. This role reports to the Senior Director, Organizational Design, and is a member of the Global Organizational Design Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organizational design, operating models, and a data-driven approach to program execution.
