McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Organizational Design based in the United Kingdom. You will lead organizational design and operating model projects across two key business segments: Internationally Operated Markets (IOM) and International Developmental Licensee Markets (IDL). Your role will involve developing organizational capabilities to support business strategy execution. This position reports to the Senior Director, Organizational Design, and is part of the Global Organizational Design Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organizational design, operating models, and a data-driven approach to program execution.
