As our Creative Director, you will lead the vision behind unforgettable gaming experiences. You’ll be the driving force behind the creative direction of our co-development projects, guiding tone, story, gameplay, and visual style from concept to execution. Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll ensure that every feature, environment, and interaction aligns with a cohesive, player-first experience. Your leadership, hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, and background in game design and 3D art will help shape projects that resonate with players and partners alike. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable to the needs of the team, able to confidently present game ideas and team capabilities, and willing to actively contribute to project delivery.
