Bamford Collection is seeking Full-Time Team Members to join our Restaurant team at the Daylesford Farm setting in the Cotswolds. You will deliver attentive, friendly service in a fast-paced environment and act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring guests have a warm, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have café/restaurant experience, enjoy a lively atmosphere, and maintain high standards of personal presentation, hygiene and knowledge of organic, sustainable food.

Qualifications

• Experience in café/restaurant or luxury hospitality.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication.
• Confident with tills and payments.
• Team player with good presentation and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages with high presentation standards.
• Process orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness across front- and back-of-house areas.
• Restock items and assist with stock control.
• Support opening/closing procedures and café team.
