Daylesford Organic in the heart of the Cotswolds is seeking a passionate Retail Team Member for our farm shop. You will deliver an outstanding and personalised customer experience, sharing our story from organic farming to artisanal food and fine wines.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, a proactive mindset, and the ability to maintain exceptional service in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment, with benefits including staff discounts and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or lifestyle retail is preferred but not required.
