Daylesford Organic in the Cotswolds is seeking a passionate Bartender/Barista to join our award-winning venues, working across the Trough Restaurant and the Old Spot Restaurant. You will craft exceptional coffees and beverages, and contribute to guest experiences in a warm, fast-paced setting.

We value energy, positivity, and hospitality; full training will be provided, with opportunities for progression and involvement in sustainable initiatives as part of The Bamford Collection.

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.
• Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance
• Management training and progression opportunities beyond Bartender/Barista team member

SALARY: £30,971 per annum OTE, Paid Weekly!

HOURS: 32-40 hours, including weekends.

Skills You Will Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a café or restaurant team member would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given.
• Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
