Job summary

Qualifications

• Specific skill and experience in the Operating model and Organizational design space.
• Demonstrated expertise in agility core practices and their application within large organizations.
• Proven analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives and ensure effective execution.
• Apply agility core practices to enhance project delivery and organizational responsiveness.
• Drive culture and behaviour change through communication, engagement, and leadership development.
• Develop and implement change management plans, risks, and adoption strategies for new processes and systems.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization to gain buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
• Support leaders through assessments and development activities during significant organizational change.
